Our core offerings that we build our deliveries around are;

  • Executive coaching We offer experienced coaches with solid professional weight and good references.
  • Leadership development program and work shops Here we have extensive experience in tailoring programs to your organization and your challenges.
  • You as a manager – Introduction to management. Introduction and reflection on personality, theories, experiences and tools to help you succeed as a leader.

We have delivered executive- and leadership coaching, organization wide culture initiatives, a wide range of development initiatives, qualitative surveys and reports, psychometric measuring and feedback, and of course a wide variety of off sites facilitating team building in fields such as the media, public sector and Government, energy, pharma, IT, culture, NGOs, private equity, production, healthcare, environment ++

We also currently do associate work for two British consultancies and one offs for a range of other companies.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

We do a lot of executive coaching on an individual basis. Topics that are reoccurring at the moment are around focus, strategy, prioritization, cross cultural teams and just offering a space to slow down and have time to reflect. We are currently working with leaders within energy, geoscience, marine, engineering, NGOs and sustainability.
