Why us? Why not someone else in the jungle of consultancies that are out there?

This is the question we at Kulturutviklerne must be willing to ask ourselves and try to give you a satisfactory answer to.

What we have been seeing more and more of is that the world of work has become very metrical and outcome driven, to the point where there is little to no room left for reflection and awareness around why we are doing the things we are doing.

This is something we aim to counterweight, not because results and goals aren´t important, but because we also need to bring our whole selves along for this to be sustainable over time. This is something we focus on bith in how we coach and facilitate, and also in what outcomes we focus on; not just how, but why on a fundamental level.

We have a mantra; human first, professional second. By that we mean that if we are not bringing our whole selves into our performance and in achieving our goals, then we will not be the best leaders or organization we can be, and that takes courage and willingness to step out of your comfort zone bith for you and for us as your sparring partner in showing up fully.
